Implementing ChurchSuite

In 2016 I was asked to help review the data and processes of an inter-church charity. We settled on using ChurchSuite (CharitySuite) to manage all our data, supporters & volunteers for different projects such as a Foodbank, Debt Advice Centre, Schools Work, Bereavement Support, Parenting Courses and more.

As one of the first cloud accounting providers Xero is still one of the best, that's why I helped migrate FCCT from Excel to Xero. We also implemented Soldo cards for project expenses and Xero Payroll. While lastly creating a custom tool for importing/exporting giving data between Xero and ChurchSuite.

Many tools from ChurchSuite to Twillio give access to their systems via an API (Application Programming Interfaces), using this technology I have built an internal digital switchboard, SMS tools, custom ChurchSuite event or registraion forms, and even Google Mapping tools.

Networking

Church on the Heath were having issues with poor internet speed and network access. They asked me to come in, find the problem and propose a solution to enable them to get good solid wi-fi and internet throughout their building without having to run lots more cables and major work. I found a solution and updated all the tech to support Gigabit networking.
